What area do you cover?

We operate mainly in Norwich and the surrounding villages.

What are your days and hours of operation?

We work Monday to Friday 08:00am to 6pm.

Are you insured?

We are fully insured and bonded.

Do I have to provide cleaning products and equipment?

No we bring everything that we need.

Do you offer carpet cleaning?

We don’t provide carpet cleaning ourselves but are pleased to recommend contractors we have used in the past.

Do I need to sign a contract with you?

There is no minimum term contract. We are confident in the quality of work we provide.

How do I pay for the service?

We will provide an invoice and payment can be made by cheque or for regular work bank standing order.

Do I need to be at home when you clean my house?

We have a secure key holding system so it is not necessary. I always attend with the cleaners the first time we do a clean in order to introduce the cleaners if you are there, or to show them round if you are not.

Do I need to do anything before the cleaning?

No, but the tidier the house is then the more time that can be spent cleaning.

What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning?

We will make every effort to reschedule and we would ask that you give us as much notice as possible. However we do appreciate that emergencies happen at the last minute and are as flexible as possible.

What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?

We will contact you to reschedule.

What if something is damaged while cleaning my home?

We treat your home with the utmost care; however accidents do happen. In case of damage do not worry. We are fully insured. Any damages must be reported immediately.

Do you guarantee the quality of service?

Absolutely. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of work we will come back to your home a redo it. We would ask that you notify us within 24 hours.
